Kingswood Decoration Services is a professional renovation and decoration company based in Northamptonshire. We specialise in delivering high-quality refurbishment, property maintenance, and interior decoration solutions. Our service area extends throughout Northamptonshire and along the M1 corridor, including key regions such as Milton Keynes, Luton, Watford, and North London, offering tailored solutions to homeowners, landlords, and commercial clients alike.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Kingswood Decoration Services are free and valid for 15 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Quoted prices are based on the scope of work agreed at the time of estimate. Any changes to the project after acceptance may result in a revised quotation.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.

4. Bookings, Deposits, and Payment Terms

We may require a deposit to secure your booking. Payment terms, including staged payments or final balances, will be confirmed in writing upon acceptance of your quotation.

Payments must be made by bank transfer or other agreed methods. Invoices must be settled within the payment term specified. Late payments may attract interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided no less than 2 weeks before the scheduled start date. Cancellations received after this period may result in a loss of deposit and charges for any work already completed or materials ordered.

Any amendments to the agreed scope of work must be made in writing and may affect the overall cost and timeline of the project.

6. Workmanship and Warranties

We are committed to delivering work of the highest professional standard. All labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee excludes faults arising from misuse, third-party alterations, or general wear and tear.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties will apply to materials used.

7. Health & Safety and Site Access

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the site is safe and accessible for our team to carry out works. This includes providing access to electricity, water, and sanitation, unless otherwise agreed.

We comply fully with UK health and safety regulations and expect the same commitment to site safety from our clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kingswood Decoration Services holds comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we will not be liable for:

1. Any damage resulting from pre-existing structural or electrical issues
2. Any damage caused by work which was requested by the client despite a clear warning by ourselves as to the risks associated with such work.
3. Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays or extreme weather
4. Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business, or data

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract, except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from our negligence where our negligence was the main cause for said injury or death.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, images, and graphics on this website are the property of Kingswood Decoration Services unless otherwise stated. Reproduction is prohibited unless authorised in writing.
